Returns and exchanges

Whether an item can be returned or exchanged, and within how many days of delivery, is shown on its product page. Once your order is delivered, you can request a return or exchange from the order in My Orders and follow it under My Returns.

Refunds

After a returned item is received and checked, Tech World processes the refund to the original payment method. You will be updated on the status of your return and refund.

Cancellation

To cancel an order, contact us at support@tech.com or +1 (555) 123-4567 as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
